We specialize in the forensic analysis of construction claims and the determination of quantities relating to delays or arising from any other sources.

We offer assistance to clients with regards to these matters whether as a means to promoting a negotiated settlement, defending against un-merited claims or supporting a case in arbitration or litigation.

We can provide support to the legal team in terms of gathering evidence, the discovery process, document control etc. We work closely with a Client’s legal representatives in order to ensure the claim presentation fits closely with the legal approach.
